Spanking vote in New Zealand

Voters in New Zealand are still wondering about spanking (smacking). One prosecution doesn't seem like much in two years... but I don't see any measurements on the real goal - affecting child abuse.

UPDATE: Just saw that endcorporalpunishment.org provided those statistics.
