Classes and Services

Our classes and services fall into three general formats:

Small Group Sessions
Private Individual or Two-Party Sessions
Professional Services (for businesses and organizations) and Workshops

We offer these services in the following courses, and we will consider new topics if you have a special request. (Courses may be gender specific or co-ed and vary in length from 10 - 52 sessions, depending upon individual course requirements.):

About the classes

Simply Your Best classes are educational in nature and are not support groups or therapy sessions. Classes are facilitated by local professionals with degrees in Education, Social Work, Counseling or a related field, using current and thorough course materials. Class sessions are held weekly for either 1 hour (for Individual/Two-Party sessions), or 2 hours (for Small Group sessions), or as needed for Professional Services. Following an enrollment session, a client may begin at any time. We offer our classes in Santa Cruz, Felton, Aptos and Watsonville. Professional Services

We also offer classes and other Professional Services for organizations and companies, generally as an incentive for employees or as an alternative to disciplinary action. These are a very effective way to improve your employees' health and wellbeing, and can be great for public or employee relations, prevention or resolution of conflict, professional development or a team building opportunity.
