Professional Services
Simply Your Best provides Life Skills educational services for organizations and companies. We offer courses and workshops in Parenting, Assertiveness Training, Personal and Interpersonal Development and more, based on our regular course content. These are a very effective way to improve your employees health and wellbeing, and can be great for public and employee relations, prevention or resolution of conflict, professional development or a team building opportunity.
We can deliver these services in the following ways:
- On-site "brown bag" lunch sessions for employees. Regular 1 or 2 hour sessions with class sizes of 8 to 20 people per session.
- Intensive sessions (4+ hours per day), for 15 - 20 people per session, held on-site or at our main office.
- Mediation and/or intervention services for employees. These can be used in lieu of (or in addition to) suspension or probationary action for problematic employees and may be an alternative to termination. These sessions can be held on-site or at our main office.
